Our Story

Who are we?

Rehab at Home originated with the purpose of helping patients reach an optimal level of independence in their own homes. We commit ourselves to maintain a high level of professionalism and service for each patient we serve. Our staff works with patients, family members, and their referring doctors in order to provide the necessary care for their rehabilitation. Our bilingual staff has proved to be an asset to the service we offer and informational documents are available in Spanish when needed. Our coverage areas will expand as Rehab at Home continues to grow.
